PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This project involved 3 apartment building consisting of units varying from 24 to 21 units, and a storage building servicing the apartment buildings.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN FEATURES:

The wood-framed apartments consist of open-web wood trusses at the floor and roof levels to aid in the installation of mechanical and electrical systems. The exterior patios and elevated walkways were designed as concrete over metal deck for long term durability and the low maintenance required.
