Project Description:

This four-story, wood framed hotel features a swimming pool, and conference center. The cantilevered column porte-cochere welcomes guests. The roof and floor systems of this structure utilize open-web wood floor trusses with a solid sawn-joist framed corridor. Wood shear walls are strategically placed to provide optimal performance and minimize costs. The structure was value engineered to optimize material and labor in order to save time and money and ultimately allow for expedited project completion.
